Governor Roel Ragay Degamo and OIC-PHO Dr. Liland Estacion presided over the Open Forum on the Upgrading of the Provincial Health Referral System with the different Chiefs of Hospitals from the Negros Oriental Provincial Hospital (NOPH), the District and Community Primary Hospitals (DHs/CPHs) of the provincial government, and the City and Municipal Health Officers of the different Local Government Units (LGUs)
The discussion centered on the proper referral of patients from the health centers or the DHs/CPHs to the NOPH to ensure the consistent and continuous coordination and collaboration among all health facilities in the province in delivering health services based on their respective capacities.
